Ingredients
- 0.2 kg Crystal 75
- 1.5 kg Dry Light Malt Extract
- 15 g Chinook (Whole, 13.00 %AA) boiled 60 min.
- 15 g Ahtanum (Whole, 6.00 %AA) boiled 15 min.
- 20 g Ahtanum (Whole, 6.00 %AA) boiled 5 min.
- 10 g Chinook (Whole, 13.00 %AA) boiled 5 min.
- 0.25 ea. Whirlfloc Tablets (15 mins)
- Yeast: Danstar Nottingham
Notes
Heat 5 litres of water to 70C and steep grains. Heat another 2 litres of sparge water to 70C in a separate pot.
Planning on losing about 2-3 litres in boil, so have 6-7 litres of top-up water ready.
20g Ahtanum and 10g Chinook at 5 mins.
Got OG of 1050
Prime to 2.2 volumes using 115g dextrose.
